Shipping Policy

We have a handling time of 2 to 4 business days before orders are shipped. Our team works to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Orders placed on Fridays after business hours are usually processed and shipped on the following Monday.

After shipment, delivery typically takes 10 to 20 business days, depending on the destination and the shipping carrier.

Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs inspections, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL), delivery is managed by the carrier. Delays may occur depending on their logistics operations.

Please note that tracking updates may include intermediate scans such as “in transit” or “arrived at facility” when the package moves through logistics hubs. These updates do not indicate final delivery.
